Founded in 2007, JL Pretzel Contracting was formed by Jamie L. Pretzel after breaking out on his own from his father's business, Pretzel Excavating. Prior to leaving PE, Jamie was responsible for all aspects of the family business from bidding jobs, managing crews, machine maintenance/purchasing, and assisting in quarry operations at Cranesville Stone for 13 years. As manager/owner of JL Pretzel Contracting, Jamie prides himself in that JLP Contracting is self-sufficient, and maintains high standards in safety and production on the job.
